Do I need a PMS to use Gotocheck?
No. Gotocheck works independently or integrated with your existing PMS. If you already use Lodgify, Smoobu or Hostaway, the integration is native.
How long does it take to configure everything?
The basic check-in + SES.Hospedajes setup takes about 10β15 minutes per property. Smart lock connection adds another 5 minutes if the lock is already installed.
What if the internet goes down at my property?
The check-in data is stored locally in the browser if the guest has already started the process. For smart locks, Nuki and Tedee work via Bluetooth β the guest can open the lock from their phone even without internet.
