GoToCheck starts at €2.36 + VAT per property per month on the Basic plan (billed annually, 11+ properties; €3.95 for a single property, month to month), which includes online check-in with document OCR, a signed rental contract and automatic police reporting. The Premium plan adds smart locks, extras and automatic tourist tax collection. The Enterprise plan adds the AI that answers guests 24/7 and automatic WhatsApp messages.

Is there a lock-in contract with GoToCheck?

No. GoToCheck has no lock-in contract. You can cancel at any time. Billing is monthly or annual, with a 20% discount on the annual plan.

Frequently asked questions about pricing

How is the price calculated? +

The price is per active property per month. The more properties, the lower the unit price. For example, with 5 properties on the Premium plan you pay €6.95 per property (€34.75/month total). With annual billing you get an additional 20% discount.

Can I change plan at any time? +

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the control panel. The change is immediate and the price is prorated daily.

Does the Basic plan include SES.Hospedajes reporting? +

Yes. Automatic traveller report submission to SES.Hospedajes is included in all plans, including Basic.

Are WhatsApp messages included or charged separately? +

Automatic WhatsApp messages and the AI that answers guests are included in the Enterprise plan at no extra cost. Basic and Premium do not include them: on those plans notifications arrive by email.

Is there a discount for property managers with many properties? +

Yes. The price per property automatically decreases as you add more (see calculator above). If you manage more than 20 properties, contact us to discuss Enterprise with special terms.

How does cancellation work? +

You can cancel from the panel at any time. No penalties, no complex procedures. If you're on an annual plan, the service stays active until the end of the paid period.
