How does the guest receive their access code? +
When the guest completes online check-in, Gotocheck automatically generates a unique temporary PIN code and sends it via WhatsApp and email. No app download needed.
Can I unlock the door remotely if there's a problem? +
Yes. From the Gotocheck panel you can remotely unlock the door at any time and see its real-time status, without needing to go to the property.
Does Gotocheck work without a smart lock? +
Yes. Without a smart lock you can still use Gotocheck for online check-in, SES.Hospedajes reporting and automatic guest messaging. A manual access code can be included in the welcome message.
