GoToCheck is Spanish online check-in and guest registration software for holiday rentals, tourist apartments, rural houses and hotels. Guests register from their phone before arrival, and the police report goes out automatically to SES.Hospedajes or the Mossos d'Esquadra in Spain, Alloggiati Web in Italy, SIBA in Portugal and eVisitor in Croatia. Is it mandatory to report guest data to Spanish police? +

Yes. Since 2 December 2024 (Royal Decree 933/2021), tourist accommodation in Spain must report guest data to SES.Hospedajes. In Catalonia the report goes to the Mossos d'Esquadra instead. GoToCheck automatically sends traveller reports the moment the guest completes online check-in.

How does online check-in work for holiday apartments? +

The guest receives a link via WhatsApp or email before arrival. From their phone they scan their ID or passport (automatic OCR), sign the contract digitally and receive the smart lock access code. No app, no printers, no waiting.

Which smart locks are compatible with GoToCheck? +
