GoToCheck picks it up whatever the channel: Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, Hostelworld, Agoda or direct. If the booking covers several beds, each one is handled separately with its own guest.

They get the form in their own language, fill in their details, scan their ID and sign the contract from their phone. Nothing to download.
The report is filed automatically
SES.Hospedajes, Mossos d'Esquadra, Ertzaintza, Alloggiati in Italy, eVisitor in Croatia or SIBA in Portugal, depending on where the property is.
If the booking changes, it knows
GoToCheck keeps an eye on your bookings and picks up the changes: confirmations, modifications and cancellations. If one is cancelled and that guest already had an access code, it is revoked without you having to remember.

Keypad code or unlock link, generated at the time you choose and delivered through the channel you prefer.

Bed-level inventory
MangoBeds sells beds, not whole apartments. GoToCheck treats each bed as its own property: "Bed 1" in a four-bed dorm gets its own check-in and its own police report, never mixed with the bed next to it and never read as an overbooking when two guests stay at once.
Your property, grouped
The beds and rooms of the same property are grouped under their establishment. You see the whole hostel at a glance and each place keeps its own data, its police setup and its tax.
A check-in link per property
Many channel bookings arrive without the guest's email. That is why each property has a fixed link: the guest opens it, states their dates and registers, even if we never had their email.
Automatic guest registration
Spain, Catalonia, the Basque Country, Italy, Croatia, Portugal and Galicia. Filed on time, without anyone logging into a portal.
Tourist tax calculated and charged
Worked out under the rules of the region or comune and charged to the guest during check-in itself.
Virtual keys
Nuki, Tedee, TTLock, Tuya, YACAN, Akiles and Bold. The code is created and expires on its own with the booking dates.

About five minutes and an API key. You can do it on your own, without waiting for anyone.
Generate your API key in MangoBeds
Log in to MangoBeds and go to Your Organization → Settings → API Keys. Click Generate API Key and copy it straight away: MangoBeds only shows it once. If you lose it, generate a new one.
Paste it into GoToCheck
If you are signing up, choose MangoBeds as your channel manager and paste the key. If you already have an account, log in to the dashboard, open Manage account, choose MangoBeds and save.
Check your properties
Your properties and your confirmed bookings come in on their own within a few minutes. Each bed or room shows up as a unit, grouped under its property.
Set up guest registration
Choose the authority that applies to you (SES.Hospedajes, Mossos d'Esquadra, Ertzaintza, Alloggiati Web…) and paste your credentials. The sign-up wizard asks for them; if you skipped it, you will find it under Police in your property.
Add the check-in link to your MangoBeds email
In GoToCheck, open any unit and copy the single check-in link: it works for all your beds and rooms. In MangoBeds, add it to the template sent when a booking is confirmed, next to the booking number using the {{BOOKING_ID}} variable. The guest opens the link, types their booking number and dates, and lands on the check-in for their bed or room.

Frequently asked questions
How does MangoBeds connect to GoToCheck?
With an API key you generate yourself in MangoBeds, under Your Organization → Settings → API Keys → Generate API Key. It is shown only once, so copy it straight away. Paste it into GoToCheck and your properties and bookings come in on their own. No prior agreement and no involvement from MangoBeds.
I sell beds in shared dorms. Does it understand that?
Yes, and that is exactly what it was built for. Each bed is a separate property in GoToCheck: two guests in two beds of the same room are two check-ins and two police reports, and they are not read as a double booking on the same place.
What happens if a booking is cancelled?
GoToCheck checks your MangoBeds bookings every few minutes and picks up the cancellation: the booking is marked as cancelled and, if that guest already had an access code, it is revoked automatically.
Channel bookings do not always carry an email. How does check-in reach the guest?
Through a single link per property, valid for all its bookings. The guest opens it, states their dates and registers. You can also send it yourself over WhatsApp or the channel chat.
Are guest messages sent through MangoBeds?
GoToCheck's messages don't: GoToCheck sends its own messages (by email or WhatsApp, with your templates and in the guest's language), not through MangoBeds messaging. The only thing worth adding to your MangoBeds template is the check-in link, as explained in step 5.
Does GoToCheck change anything in MangoBeds? How do I disconnect it?
It changes nothing: it only reads your organization, your properties and your bookings. It never touches rates, availability or bookings. To disconnect it, delete the key in Your Organization → Settings → API Keys and GoToCheck stops reading immediately.
