With the API key Cloudbeds generates from your own panel. Paste it into Gotocheck and bookings start syncing. No need for support to get involved.
I run several hotels in Cloudbeds. Does it work?
Yes. Each property is set up separately and keeps its own key, police configuration and tourist tax. Cloudbeds uses one key per property, and Gotocheck respects that separation.
What happens with a multi-room booking?
It gets split. Each room has its own guest group, its own check-in and its own police report. That's what the law requires and what the front desk expects.
Airbnb bookings have no email. How does check-in reach the guest?
Through a single link per property, valid for all its bookings. The guest opens it, enters their arrival date and reaches their check-in. You can add it to your confirmation message or to a QR code at reception.
