Your customers’ legal compliance,
without building it yourself
Police guest registration, tourist tax, online check-in and smart locks. You look after your product; we look after rules that change in every country and every region.
Building it in-house is expensive, and it never ends
It is not one integration: it is many, each with its own authority, its own format and its own deadlines. And none of them stands still.
Every country goes its own way — and inside a country, so does every region
In Spain one integration is not enough: some regions run their own system and their own format. In Italy the tourism statistics are not one system but almost twenty, one per region. A developer starting out does not see that depth until they are already in.
It changes without notice, and sometimes it changes backwards
An obligation gets struck down in court, a portal changes its format, an authority rolls out a new system. Keeping up with that is continuous work that does not stop when the integration works.
When it fails, it is your customer who answers for it
A report that does not go out raises no error in your product: it surfaces weeks later, as a fine for the property. Catching it in time is half the job, and it is the half nobody budgets for.
What you can hand over to us
Four blocks that work today, each with real customers behind it.
Police guest registration
Spain — including Catalonia, the Basque Country and Galicia — Italy, Portugal and Croatia. Each property reports to the authority that matches where it is, on time and in the right format.
Online check-in
The guest registers from their phone in their own language, scans their ID and signs the contract. Nothing to download, and nobody on your team retyping data.
Tourist tax
Worked out according to local rules — which change by region and by town — and charged to the guest inside the check-in itself.
Smart locks
Seven lock brands connected. The code is issued and expires with the booking dates, and is revoked if the booking is cancelled.
How we work with an integrator
Every integration is shaped around what you already have. This is how it usually goes.
You tell us what you have and who you serve
What the product is, which countries your customers are in and which part of compliance they are asking you for. That tells us whether it makes sense and where to start.
We give you access and the documentation
Your own credentials for your integration, and the technical documentation, published at gotocheck.pro/en/api.html. We agree with you how to run the first tests without putting anyone’s data at risk.
You test it with real cases
Bugs show up with real data, not with examples: an unusual document, a postcode that does not exist, a guest from a country the authority does not recognise. That is where it gets sharp.
And from then on, we maintain it
When an authority changes its format or a new obligation appears, we absorb it on our side. Your integration never notices.
Who you would be talking to
GoToCheck has been doing this for property managers since 2025, and today it connects with more than twenty PMS and channel managers. Compliance is not a side feature here: it is the product, and it is what we have spent years polishing against the quirks of each authority.
We are a small team, so you will not be handed from a salesperson to someone else. If you write, you get an answer from someone who knows the code.
Shall we take a look?
Tell us what you have built and where your customers are. We will tell you straight whether this fits, what we cover today and what we do not.
